Walked in was not greeted by any staff Member. Once two other customers entered they were greeted and then I was asked to order. The guys behind me got conversation, the staff even greeted his 3 year old and started playing, mind you either one the crew members addressed me. I think your staff needs to show a customer appreciation no matter the skin color. Very disappointing, I went here to try the Tik tok trend. WOW..

The baristas dont look at you, acknowledge you, or even care that you are standing there waiting for your drink. 4-6 baristas working and no one, NOT ONE, asked me what drink was I waiting on or how can they help me. No eye contact at all. I ended up leaving after having placed a mobile order that I was waiting too long to get. What a waste. Dont come to this location if you are in a rush and think that mobile ordering is going to help you.

Been coming to the starbucks for years. And I never had any problems with the drinks, but I have ordered a mango, strawberry refresher with no inclusions and peach juice. I'm a Starbucks partner and I usually make this at my store and it tastes really sweet. But when I tried the one on this store, it tasted very different. It almost tastes like a burnt orange and it did not really taste good. And i'm not sure if the baristas made it correctly

I’ve gone to this place a few times, this specific location needs to get their act together. I go when they rarely have any line, majority of the time they don’t. I’m the only car, and every time I see why. They always get are order wrong, never once has it been right. And it’s clear it’s the same cashier person at the drive-thru, he puts our orders in. We get the receipt but it never matches what we said, and they even get the drinks they put down on the receipt wrong. Everytime, when I ask “hey, can you redeem my points.” They never do, they just walk away after scanning. The Starbucks and food isn’t bad, still the same old Starbucks. But holy the customer service is terrible. It’s not an attitude, or trying to mean on purpose, but more like they don’t ever try.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor — no one even called my name to let me know my order was ready. On top of that, I paid around $8 for a grilled cheese that was basically just two slices of bread with a little bit of cheese. The portion was extremely small and absolutely not worth the price. I left very disappointed with both the service and the food. Definitely not a place I would return to.
